With Spectacular Fanfare ... the Backup System Did Not Arrive Yet

For some time there has been great tension in waiting to resolve a power security problem ... but ... the problem remains as it (sob) isn't here yet.  There isn't a tragedy, however, as it should be here within hours.  Spending even a dime on anything which does not make video, music, or hallucinations is not ever going to happen without a significant problem to solve.

You have the same problem but the difference is I'm going to solve mine.  Tip: about listening to you complain while you talk of how your computer's power supply was burned out by a lightning strike.  Um, ain't goin' happen, sugar bear.  It's $150 for the protection and I'll deliver a review after I get it online.  Another tip:  $150 is most likely less than what it will cost to get the power supply replaced.

The problem comes back the worst every Spring but lightning storms continue through the summer.  You can do your best to protect yourself ... or ... shop for replacement parts on eBay, your call.

The reason for an update now is Fed-X offers the opportunity to electronically pre-sign the delivery receipt so the driver doesn't have to wait for me to sign for it.

However, be aware you give away every legal recourse if that package goes astray.  If some kid sees the truck arrive and then watches to see where the driver puts the package, all he has to do after the driver leaves is to watch the door for a few minutes to see if you come out of it.  If not, he only has to walk up and grab it.  You will not get your money back as you already signed you received it.  You are screwed.  Don't sign that thing.
