The disintegration that permits these abuses began when Reagan destroyed Miranda Rights and protection against illegal search and seizure, all ostensibly in the name of the War on Drugs. As you may have noticed, the War on Drugs has been a towering failure ... but cops keep taking money from people with a frequent first question from these parasites: do you have any money in the car. That's not an arrest, it's a shakedown.
